Instructions for a JVC Region Free DVD

For many years, VHS tape was the dominant form of watching and sharing video media in America. It was universal, and in LP mode, you could record six hours on a single tape. DVDs have now become the dominant form of media for sharing video content. And although anyone with a computer can burn a DVD, with new technology comes new problems.
