Timothy Watkins Recommendation for Christopher C. Odom

The qualifications that Chris brought to WLCAC included his formal training from UCLA but perhaps more importantly, his fearlessness when it came to tackling a problem. Whether the problem of a hungry child suffering abject poverty, or a shortage of dollars needed to solve a problem, Chris always seemed to find a way to make it better than it was when he found it. His skill at developing budgets and management systems for the project still serves us to this day.
